Succession Planning - Nov 07
As with other clubs our officers are in place for the season and during the summer months we go around looking for replacements ready for the season to come. The committee are looking to change this process for some key positions which would benefit from a proper handover. These are as follows:
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Colts Manager
Tharpy, Corinne and Robbo are all stepping down at the end of the season and are looking for their successor. Tharpy is intending to move from Treasurer to Secretary so there is an open position counting the beans.
If you feel this is your calling please get in contact with one of the committee.
As we're on the subject of doing your bit - are you doing enough and could you spend an hour or two helping the many sections of the club improve. The colts section are always looking for volunteers for the Friday sessions.
